The mark consists of the words ipicit are a custom combination of rectangular shapes and the font American Typewriter. Part of the design of the logo are three (3) elements which form the dots on the "i's". These "dots" are a form identifying the "Private," "In-Net," and "Public" permissions. There are brackets on either side of the logo to represent navigation as well as motion both forward and backward. The logo was designed to have many elements of the digital society. Words can be seen throughout the logo such as ip, pc, pct, ic, it, pic, pict, etc. The ipicit logo must always be surrounded on all four sides by a clear space of at least 1X, where X equals the height squared of the letters in the ipicit logo minus the descenders and ascenders. This is the minimum distance to place any other graphic element or type to ensure readability. If resizing is necessary, the logo must be scaled in direct proportion to the original, and all words must be legible. The smallest allowable size fir the ipicit logo is 150 pixels wide.
